Kanye West needs professional help. LOVE Taylor Swift's music! Beyonce rules!

By Joy A. Kennelly

Before I start in on Kanye and his childish, immaturity I feel the need to explain some things on a personal level for my regular blog readers.

Just for the record, I don't always write about what's going on in my personal life contrary to popular belief. I've learned over the years there are really crazy people out there who don't need to know my business first off, and secondly I don't need the hassle or exposure.

Duck and run for cover sometimes suits me better to be honest.

When it's extremely heart wrenching or physically painful I often find solace in journaling, or praying with friends on a one-on-one basis, or asking a select group of people I have been privately corresponding with for years from all over to pray for me, or speaking to a wise counselor or pastor, or spending quality time with someone I care about and vice versa, or talking with good friends and hearing what they're going through too which always bring perspective to my problems.

That's why when I feel good, I love to share because it's almost like the cork has popped off and I can finally write again. Yes, sometimes I'm so upset I can't even write. Writer's block so to speak. Fancy that.

So, lots of catching up to do now that I had a really fun weekend. This is the first of a few blogs that have been bubbling up inside me.

But first, must say I am sick of Kanye. He needs professional help. Will someone, his manager, his girlfriend, his mistress, whoever please get it through to him that he needs to leave awards shows alone and just accept the fact that votes have been cast, honorees selected and realize he has a different opinion, but we don't need to hear it on TV any more.

Gripe with your homies off stage and at the after-party dude, don't ruin other people's happiness publicly when it's not your place. Taylor Swift didn't deserve to be treated like that and it sounds like Beyonce handled it very gracefully. I love the lyrics to Taylor's song, You Belong to Me!

I totally relate.

Here are highlights of some of the choruses I especially love in case you're not into country and don't know Taylor's You Belong to Me song:

"If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along, so why can't you see?
You, you belong with me, you belong with me

If you could see that I'm the one who understands you
Been here all along, so why can't you see?
You belong with me

Standing by and waiting at your back door
All this time how could you not know?
Baby, you belong with me, you belong with me

Can't you see that I'm the one who understands you?
Been here all along, so why can't you see?
You belong with me

Standing by and waiting at your back door
All this time, how could you not know?
Baby, you belong with me, you belong with me

You belong with me
Have you ever thought just maybe
You belong with me?
You belong with me"

Every woman I think can relate to this which is why it's so popular. So there Kanye.

I see a Beyonce/Taylor Swift duet coming on, what do you say girls? Beyonce, you are one classy lady. Thanks for showing Kanye how it's done in polite society. You are an amazing woman on so many levels.
