More Hermosa Beach images

I'm sure there's other restaurants on PCH I'm missing, but here's a few more restaurants, markets, hotels, and homes I have pix of. The Alta Dena Dairy has been sold and now there's talk of tearing it down to build more office space and a high end restaurant.
I hope it doesn't happen, but if the developers, Realtors and city council continue like they have been, soon there will be nothing left of our 100 year beach heritage which is the reason I'm documenting everything. Where else in Southern California can you find buildings and properties like these?
Some, I think they're ok to go, but not everything! I've thrown in a couple new places too.
Isn't the Mermaid just on its last legs? That whole block of property sold for $33 million I believe. We're all waiting to see what's going to go in there. Should be interesting.
By the way, I have no control on how the pix end up. They just kind of pop up wherever they feel like it!
Recognize the 90210 beach house? Right here in Hermosa Beach...
By the way, the blue Sea Sprite Motel towards the end is for sale to the highest bidder. Last I heard it was going for $20 million.
That's a nice pocketful of change, eh? Isn't it pretty and bright? I never realized how colorful Hermosa Beach was until I started looking at all my pictures.
I've thrown in some random miscellaneous shots because this is my mish mosh pictorial essay of my Hermosa Beach.
More laters, but for now...
Enjoy!
